Master Sam Tam essentials

In this course you will get access to both the whole Taijiform of Master Sam Tam and the essential Zhan Zhuang’s (Standing Meditation) of the system as well as some key solopractices according to one of his most senior and longtime students, Torben Bremann, based on the direct teaching he has received for more than 20 years on an one-on-one basis. The course solely focus on the Taijiform and Zhan Zhuang.

    • 7. Single whip

    • 8. Raise hands and shoulder stroke

    • 9. White crane spreads its wings and brush knee
