Balancing the 3 dantian

Moving wise this is probably one of the easiest Qigong sets you can learn. But – its impact on mind and body can literarily change your life!

Over the years I have had quite a few clients who have integrated it as a daily routine in their lives with really good results often releasing deep emotional challenges, accepting who they are and create balance.

In this little easy to do yet very powerfull Qigongset it is important that you really focus on and get in touch with your own strengths and weaknesses and do you best to create balance between your three dantians and all they cover (according to Chinese Medicine and Philosophy which will be explained in a very understandable way, during the session).

Allow yourself to stand a while in Wuji standing first getting into a state of Wuwei. Then work on opening the centers, then connect them and create balance between them and then seal.
