Loosening exercises, building up energy and Daoyinmassage

This course is al about loosening up the body and releasing the mind and body as well as building up your energy level. The session finishes off with a full body (Daoyin) massage which in itself has a big influence on letting go of tensions and reduce or even remove pain in the body. It is an old traditional Chinese selfmassage that goes back for centuries in history.

    • Loosening and warmup exercises

    • Standing meditation. To build up the energy and recharge.

    • Sitting meditation – entering the state of deep relaxation and peace

    • Daoyin - self massage
