or receive it, why they can’t handle force, the importance of being even and full as well as sticking and
The material taught in this session is very seldom taught public and to be honest, most people do not know
about neither the exercises nor the method to develop these important skills.
During the session I will walk you through the 4 important partnerexercises to develop Peng/Ward off as
well as the 4 dynamic pushhandsexercises including “the old Ox” and we will touch on the 4 energies -
Peng, Lü, Jie and An.
As usual everything which is being taught is done in a precise, open, and straightforward manner with clear
in-depth explanations, free of mysticism or wrapped in fancy words or terms.
If possible, bring a partner to the session even though it is not a must, and you will still benefit from the
session without a partner.
The workshops will be the closest you can come to do a face-to-face session with me.
