Go deeper in your exploration of Rooting and Grounding in Sam Tam's system.
This session continues where part one ended. We will look into spiraling movements in the Taijiform, centermove, yin and yang in body and arms, go deeper with the Qi aspect as well as open and close and much more.
Also – I will introduce the concept and method of how to do martial arts applications and show some from the Taijiform with a partner, and if time allows it, finish the 1. Section of the Taijiform.
And – we will do the different Standing Meditation positions I have introduced and explain why we do them.
To get the most out of the session I advise you to purchase and watch the recorded session of the last session from May 8 a few times and practice some or all of it."
