This course is for you who would like to have a simple, yet very powerful program to train at home.
Through very detailed instructions you will learn the different fundamental Zhan Zhuang (standing
meditation) positions as well as a full circle where you combine them. This practice was for many years a
part of my own daily training.
In your standing practice you will use different ideas of embracing balls or balloons, etc. Sometimes we
imagine that the balloons are filled with helium to experience lightness. Other times we imagine embracing a wooden or metal ball, if we want to ensure, that the arms does not move forwards (you would not want
to drop a metal ball over your feet!). In other words, you use all kinds of images and visualizations to help
you develop and improve the quality of your standings and to ensure the right positions.
Apart from the in-depth teaching taking place in the video instructions, there are also some written
materials to guide you.
