Zhan Zhuang

This is a VERY big course, and I recommend you first sign up for Standing Meditation – different positions and the circle before this one.

In this course, we are basically training and working with most of all the important positions and approaches in Zhan Zhuang – standing, sitting and lying.

For generations the teaching, which is shared here was never taught public. The combination and integration of mind and body is one of key features in both Taiji and Qigong. Peace of mind is achieved by accepting the initially disruptive thoughts. 

We live too much in the head, and need to get down into the body, and not least to integrate mind and body. You will learn how to recharge your energy, internal breathing, emptying the mind deeply, become rooted and grounded, Zhan Zhuang to build up your health in general, and much more.

Apart from the in-depth video instructions there are also some written materials to all the sessions.
